I'm not a Member. Can I purchase individual series or Workshops?
Non-MedCircle Members can purchase an upcoming or recorded individual Workshops for $50.
Series are only available for those on a Starter Membership or All-access Membership.
What are my next steps after I become a MedCircle Member?
Your next step is to sign-in to your custom Membership area and start deciding which series you would like to watch. You can easily customize your viewing experience and set up your personal library with your favorite series. For a better viewing experience on mobile devices and tablets, download the MedCircle app.
How often are new series and Workshops released?
MedCircle releases video series throughout the year. These series will include interviews with psychologists and psychiatrists and special interest stories.
Workshops occur at least once per week and are recorded for your convenience. On major US holidays there may not be a Workshop.
Can I purchase MedCircle Memberships for my company, school, or organization?
Absolutely. If you are interested in purchasing multiple Memberships, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. For group purchases of 100 or more, MedCircle offers a discount and will also assist in delivering these Memberships to your team. Can I buy a MedCircle Membership as a gift for someone else?

Can I get an appointment with one of your doctors?
MedCircle is the premier preventative mental health care company and does not refer or recommend mental health providers for treatment or therapy of any kind. If you are interested in meeting with a doctor who has appeared on MedCircle, you will need to reach out to that doctor directly.
How long is each video?
There are approximately six videos (sessions) in each MedCircle original series. The length of a single video ranges from 10-30 minutes. Each full-length series is about 60-90 min.
Workshops typically last 60-90 minutes.
How do I watch the content?
I want to watch your videos but I can’t afford an Membership at the moment, what can I do?
Subscribe to our YouTube channel where we release new videos each week. We believe that everybody should have access to credentialed preventative mental health education.
Is there a free trial?
MedCircle does not offer a trial. We offer two Memberships; Starter Memberships at $7.99 per month and All-Access Memberships at $19.99 per month. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at anytime.
You’ll be taken to an easy registration page to set up your Membership and verify your billing information. You’ll then have complete access to the entire library of MedCircle videos and for All-Access Members – the ability to register and attend live Workshops.
Can I get continuing education credit for any of the video series?
MedCircle currently does not have any video series eligible for continuing education units (CEUs).
Can I pay per year?
No. MedCircle offers only offers two affordable monthly Membership options – allowing you to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
Are there additional or ongoing fees?
There are no additional fees other than your monthly Membership fee. Memberships are billed once a month at the start of your subscription cycle. You can easily cancel your Membership before your renewal date to avoid an auto-renewal if you prefer. If you cancel your Membership, there is no guarantee you will be able to rejoin at the same rate or Membership plan.
How much are the renewal fees?
Memberships will renew automatically (unless canceled before the renewal date) at the agreed rate and terms.
If I’m not happy with my MedCircle Membership, can I get a refund?
MedCircle does not offer refunds for paid Memberships. You can cancel your Membership at any time to avoid a future charge. We fully support our Members to ensure a phenomenal experience. You can reach out to our support team anytime at email@example.com.
