How to end your MedCircle Membership
How to Cancel
We understand that sometimes you may need to pause or end your journey with us, and that’s okay. If you’ve decided to cancel your plan, we want to make the process as simple and stress-free as possible.
Here’s how you can cancel your plan:
- Click on the following link to access your account
- Enter the email address you used to sign up.
- You will receive a “magic link” in your inbox. Simply click the link, and you will be automatically logged in to your Customer Hub.
- Once logged in, click on "Subscriptions". You’ll see the option to cancel your plan. Follow the prompts, and your cancellation will be processed.
- After canceling, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
You will continue to have access to your membership until the end of your billing cycle.
