“I see a therapist about once a month and I use that time to focus on myself. Outside of therapy, I want to get educated on my symptoms and also learn more about how our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are all connected. Dr. Varma explains that so well in both the series on depression and her series on lonliness. Because of that education I am able to get further in therapy.”
