She received her Doctor of Psychology degree from California School of Professional Psychology - Los Angeles. She has been an Adjunct Professor at California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University and currently has a private practice in Beverly Hills, California.
Dr. Arutt holds a wealth of expertise in multiple mental health fields. As a certified Rape and Domestic Violence counselor and expert in post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), Dr. Arutt brings the latest findings in effective treatment and best practices on the topic. She is a true voice for mental health activism.
